We have Windows 8!
We had a great week in the lab. In addition to our class schedule and a very busy Open Lab for Computer Assistance, we began adding the brand new Windows 8 to the teaching computers. All of the computers will be duel-boot with an option to go to Windows 7 or Windows 8. We will complete this project in the coming week.

"Email Photo Attachments" is cancelled Jan 23
The workshop “Email Photo Attachments” is cancelled next week. It was schedule for Wednesday, January 23 at 10:00.
The workshop “Make your Scanner Work for You” will be held on Thursday, January 24 at 1:00 p.m.

Happy New Year
We hope everybody had a great holiday season. Now we are starting a new trimester, and we will be offering lots of great courses and workshops.
Tomorrow, January 4, we will have our usual open lab from 10:00 a.m. to Noon, and then we are planning to go to Pinstripes for lunch.
Next week, January 7 to January 11, there are no scheduled classes, but we will be open for Open Lab on Friday.
The following week, January 14 to 18, Lou Solomon is teaching “Greeting Card Workshop” on Wednesday, January 16 at 10:00. On Friday January 18, Open Lab will be held at the usual time and place. Also on Friday the 18th, we will also have a Coaches and Instructors meeting at 1:00 p.m. followed by Stan Schwab’s Computer Users Group at 2:00 p.m.
